This Free 15-minute consultation serves as an introduction. We’ll discuss how my background in herbal medicine and my approach to holistic health care may help you manage and improve your health. If it’s mutually agreeable, we’ll discuss next steps and scheduling of a full-length consultation. This Free 15-minute consultation may be used to address your Primary Complaint, or summarize your overall health. Tongue Assessment involves looking at the tongue, as an indicator of internal patterns. This is a classical diagnostic method, used in Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. At the end of this consultation, you may receive 3 kinds of recommendations: 1. Internal - herbal or nutritional (teas, tinctures, food) 2. Topical - bath, body oil, moxa, etc. 3. Practical - lifestyle, exercise Value $40. Good for first visit, 1/person
